The "sand removal" by blasting aims to remove casting sand, such as baked sand and core sand. The castings, which have been cooled for the necessary time within the sand mold, are separated from the mold frame or wooden frame along with the sand. The sand remaining on the surface of the casting is cleanly removed by blasting treatment.
